About The Position

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in ServiceNow ITAM and a strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, reporting, and governance. This role involves owning and managing the full lifecycle of IT assets (hardware, software, and related components) from procurement through disposal. The IT Asset Manager will leverage ServiceNow ITAM to maintain accurate asset records, configurations, and compliance data, and develop and deliver reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into asset utilization, costs, and lifecycle status. The position requires ensuring data integrity across asset repositories, driving process improvements for asset tracking and governance, and partnering with procurement, finance, and IT teams to align asset management practices with organizational standards. Additionally, the role will support audits and compliance activities related to software licensing and asset usage, and identify opportunities for cost optimization, standardization, and risk reduction within the asset portfolio.

Requirements

Proven experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) within large-scale enterprise environments
Strong hands-on expertise with ServiceNow ITAM (HAM/SAM modules preferred)
Deep understanding of asset lifecycle processes, governance, and reporting best practices
Experience working with cross-functional teams including IT, procurement, and finance
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities
