About The Position

Our client is seeking a highly skilled IT Asset Manager to join our team on an urgent contract basis. This role is dedicated exclusively to enterprise IT Asset Management (ITAM) and offers a unique opportunity to support a large, complex environment with global scale. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in ServiceNow ITAM and a strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, reporting, and governance.

Requirements

Proven experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) within large-scale enterprise environments
Strong hands-on expertise with ServiceNow ITAM (HAM/SAM modules preferred)
Deep understanding of asset lifecycle processes, governance, and reporting best practices
Experience working with cross-functional teams including IT, procurement, and finance
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Own and manage the full lifecycle of IT assets (hardware, software, and related components) from procurement through disposal
Leverage ServiceNow ITAM to maintain accurate asset records, configurations, and compliance data
Develop and deliver reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into asset utilization, costs, and lifecycle status
Ensure data integrity across asset repositories and drive process improvements for asset tracking and governance
Partner with procurement, finance, and IT teams to align asset management practices with organizational standards
Support audits and compliance activities related to software licensing and asset usage
Identify opportunities for cost optimization, standardization, and risk reduction within the asset portfolio
