Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Asset Management tools.
• Good understanding of Software Asset Management (SAM) and software license management.
• Knowledge of IT procurement and logistics processes.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate activities across multiple sites.
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+2/3) in Computer Science, Management, or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT asset management and IT inventory monitoring.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ManageEngine, SCCM, Intune, and MDM solutions is highly appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete IT asset inventory, including PCs, smartphones, printers, videoconferencing equipment, software, and fixed/mobile subscriptions.
• Oversee the IT asset lifecycle, including acquisition, allocation, warranty management, renewal, and disposal processes.
• Receive and process service requests related to the provisioning of IT equipment and tools (PCs, software, peripherals, smartphones, etc.) in compliance with agreed SLAs.
• Monitor purchase requests, orders, and deliveries of IT equipment.
• Manage telecom operator subscription contracts.
• Verify order receptions and related asset allocations in coordination with different sites.
• Ensure timely provisioning of IT tools and equipment for new hires according to agreed SLAs.
• Produce and monitor IT asset management indicators, including asset aging, compliance, and software license tracking.
