About The Position

Hillyard, Inc. is currently taking applications for IT Applications Specialist | Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform for our IT team in St. Joseph, MO. Are you passionate about improving business processes through technology? As an IT Applications Specialist, you will support and enhance Hillyard's Dynamics 365 environment while partnering with business stakeholders to improve processes, develop integrations, and deliver scalable solutions that drive operational efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple demands from large user base.
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects and estimating completion of tasks.
Excellent communications skills and ability to build strong relationships.
Exceptional ability to solve problems and think analytically.
Great organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Create designs to extend the business application platforms and the user experience.
Conduct ongoing tests and monitoring to see that the applications, automations, integrations, etc. function as expected.
Building and configuring forms, views, dashboards and workflows in business applications.
Ensure use of consistent release management, change management and project approval processes.
Staying up to date on the latest processes and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
Documenting and communicating the plan, process and results.
Ability to work with entities, workflows, configurations, integrations, reporting, dashboards, web resources, solution file management, security model and UI development for business applications.
