About The Position

The IT Application Analyst is responsible for the design, deployment, maintenance, and support of enterprise applications and data integrations. The Application Analyst will also contribute to reporting and data analytics activities in collaboration with the enterprise.

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience administrating Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) and electronic Pre-hospital Clinical Record (ePCR) systems in an emergency services environment.
Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate.
5+ years of Technology and Support experience in a complex and regulated environment.
Ability to understand and assess technology systems and applications from both a technical and business function perspective.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and influence teams; and self-motivated.
Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills are essential.
Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with all levels of personnel both internally and externally; e.g., leadership, executives, clients, vendors, and agencies.
Ability to work in and constructively contribute to a team work environment and meet stringent deadlines.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and follow-through, including the ability to document work.
Ability to maintain the confidentiality of information is essential.

Experience working in a healthcare, EMS, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Develops and maintains an in-depth understanding of clinical, operational, or other specialized applications and systems.
Collaborates with operational, clinical, and other business leaders to design workflows, reports, and other application configurations that are optimized for the business need(s).
Monitors workflows and usage to continuously improve applications, balancing ease-of-use, compliance, and data requirements.
Leads testing of new and/or upgraded applications and integrations with deep collaboration with operational teams.
Maintains an expert-level understanding of the vendor roadmaps for enhancements and future releases.
Collaborates with vendors, infrastructure teams, and business partners to integrate applications with other systems within the IT landscape.
Collaborates with IT leaders to develop and maintain secure and reliable applications and data.
Provides Tier 2/Tier 3 user support for enterprise applications.
Works with software vendors in implementing systems and resolving systems issues.
Creates and maintains documentation on system configurations, standard operating procedures, and protocols that build knowledge for IT support staff as well as business users.
