Washington Rural Healthcare IT and HIM Leadership Opportunities

Rural Staffing ServicesWashington, WA

About The Position

Rural Staffing Services partners with rural hospitals, clinics, public hospital districts, and community healthcare organizations throughout Washington to identify experienced information technology and health information leaders who understand the unique needs of rural healthcare. We are currently connecting with professionals who may be interested in active and upcoming IT, information systems, health information management, medical records, clinical informatics, and data leadership opportunities across Washington. These opportunities may include leadership within Critical Access Hospitals, Rural Health Clinics, Federally Qualified Health Centers, public hospital districts, community hospitals, long-term care organizations, and integrated rural healthcare systems. Technology and health information are central to nearly every part of modern healthcare. In a rural organization, IT and HIM leaders help ensure employees have dependable systems, patients' information is protected, records are accurate, and technology supports safe, efficient care. These leaders may oversee everything from infrastructure, cybersecurity, EHR systems, and technical support to medical records, privacy, coding oversight, data integrity, and information governance. The strongest rural IT and HIM leaders understand that technology is not simply about systems. It is about people, communication, trust, and making sure staff have the tools and information they need to serve their community.
