About The Position

Seeking an IT Analyst to provide end-user support, manage endpoint devices, and assist with technology improvement initiatives. This role combines hands-on technical support with opportunities to contribute to broader IT projects and planning efforts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of desktop support experience
• Strong Windows and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting skills
• Experience with endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM, etc.)
• Strong communication and customer support skills

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to Microsoft licensing
• IT asset management experience
• Experience supporting hybrid environments

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 desktop and application support
• Support Windows devices, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management tools
• Assist with device deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle management
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access-related issues
• Support technology planning, reporting, and optimization initiatives
