About The Position

If you are a technically minded individual with strong organization and project management skills, you will be interested in our open IT Analyst position. In this position, you will be responsible for the coordination of EDI and integration implementation projects as well as providing tier-1 support for our built in-house integration tool. This person will help significantly improve feedback loops and lead times on integration projects using a strong sense of urgency and the ability to escalate issues quickly. Being a self-starter with strong organizational skills is necessary for this position. As an IT Analyst, a typical day might include the following: Collaborating closely with internal and external project stakeholders Designing, implementing, researching, securing, and supporting enterprise systems Participating in the day-to-day operations to meet strategic and operational objectives Analyzing, documenting, implementing, and auditing measurable processes, policies, and work standards Identifying and mitigating risks inherent in IT systems Monitoring, improving, troubleshooting, and performing capacity planning for systems Supporting and troubleshooting complex user requests Planning and managing projects Creating and maintaining concise and thorough IT documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience in an IT environment
  • 2+ years of related experience in a technical environment
  • Knowledge of IT methods, practices, procedures, and policies
  • Self-starter with strong planning and organizational skills
  • Life-long learner who wants to maintain a comprehensive understanding of evolving technologies
  • Ability to embrace dynamic, fast-paced environments and adapt well to rapid change
  • Ability to participate in after-hours, on-call rotations
  • Practice absolute confidentiality and unquestionable ethics

Responsibilities

  • Coordination of EDI and integration implementation projects
