About The Position

This role is ideal for a motivated IT professional who enjoys solving technical problems, supporting end users, and working across a variety of technologies. The IT Analyst provides hands-on support for desktops, mobile devices, Microsoft 365 applications, infrastructure systems, and enterprise technology initiatives across multiple company locations.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT environments, help desk operations, or technical support functions.
  • Experience supporting Windows 10, Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory environments.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune, MaaS360, or similar mobile device management solutions.
  • Experience using ServiceDesk, Jira, or similar ticketing systems.
  • Experience with hardware deployment, inventory management, and asset tracking.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • ITIL Foundation Certification or equivalent.
  • Microsoft, VMware, AWS, Azure, OCI, or Fortinet certifications.
  • Experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Power Automate, or similar tools.
  • Experience supporting AI-powered productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude.
  • Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, networking, or systems administration environments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide desk-side, remote, phone, and email support for employees across multiple facilities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, networking, printer, mobile device, and application issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
  • Support Windows 10, Windows 11, Microsoft 365 applications, and mobile devices.
  • Assist users with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools.
  • Administer and maintain Windows Server environments and assist with infrastructure support activities.
  • Support Microsoft Intune, IBM MaaS360, and other endpoint management platforms.
  • Deploy software, manage endpoint policies, and assist with device compliance initiatives.
  • Perform workstation patching, software updates, and routine system maintenance.
  • Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceDesk, Jira, or similar ticketing systems.
  • Document troubleshooting steps, issue resolutions, and knowledge base articles.
  • Support Active Directory user management and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Provision and de-provision user accounts and assist with employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Manage hardware procurement, deployment, inventory tracking, and asset lifecycle activities.
  • Maintain accurate hardware and software asset records.
  • Assist with cybersecurity awareness initiatives and technology training programs.
  • Create and maintain user-facing documentation and support resources.
  • Assist with infrastructure projects, technology deployments, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting employees across all levels of the organization.
  • Travel regularly to company facilities throughout California and occasionally to other locations to provide technical support, equipment deployment, and project assistance.
  • Participate in scheduled after-hours maintenance activities and support efforts as required.
