About The Position

We are seeking an IT Analyst to support user access management, identity administration, and customer-facing IT support operations. This role will be responsible for provisioning, modifying, and revoking user access across enterprise systems while ensuring compliance with security and governance standards. The ideal candidate has experience managing the complete user access lifecycle, working with Active Directory, handling support tickets, and providing exceptional customer service. This position is well-suited for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys balancing technical administration with end-user support.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support, Identity & Access Management, Service Desk, or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience with access provisioning, account management, and user lifecycle administration.
  • Experience managing user accounts and security groups within Active Directory.
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, including authentication, authorization, least privilege, and role-based access.
  • Experience using ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
  • Proven ability to track and manage access requests from initiation through completion.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Knowledge of access governance and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Familiarity with IAM platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, or CyberArk.
  • PowerShell scripting experience for automation and account management.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Provision, modify, and revoke user access across enterprise applications, systems, and network resources.
  • Manage the full identity lifecycle, including account creation, access changes, role modifications, and deprovisioning activities.
  • Process and track access requests through established workflows and approval processes.
  • Support Identity and Access Management (IAM) controls and ensure compliance with security policies.
  • Administer Active Directory user accounts, security groups, distribution groups, and organizational units.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve user access issues and permission-related incidents.
  • Provide end-to-end customer support for user requests, technical issues, and account management activities.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to access procedures, user provisioning standards, and support processes.
  • Utilize ticketing systems such as ServiceNow to manage incidents, requests, and service delivery metrics.
  • Partner with IT, Security, HR, and business teams to ensure accurate and timely user onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
  • Participate in access reviews, audits, and compliance-related activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve provisioning processes, automation, and operational efficiency.
