The IT Analyst I will administer and support enterprise platforms such as SharePoint, Miro, Docusign, LinkedIn Learning, Adobe Creative Cloud, SnagIt, workplace security systems, AI-powered support solutions, and other Digital Workplace technologies. Key responsibilities include managing platform configuration, user access, licensing, workflows, and integrations. The position involves providing advanced support for enterprise platforms, collaborating with users, vendors, and IT teams to resolve issues and enhance performance. Additionally, the role supports software licensing, renewals, vendor relationships, contracts, and budget planning. The analyst will create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures, and participate in platform upgrades, implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
