About The Position

We are pursuing a clear goal at Vantis: to measurably improve the care of chronically ill patients. To achieve this, we are developing holistic healthcare that combines on-site medical excellence with the advantages of digital solutions. At the center of our strategy is a hybrid care concept that combines modern general practices with innovative digital tools. For our IT department, we are looking for an IT Administrator (m/f/d) in a remote setting as soon as possible. In this key role, you will support us in managing and planning our IT infrastructure, both at the headquarters in Munich and in our nationwide growing practice network, thus making a significant contribution to Vantis' success.

Requirements

Several years of professional experience (at least 4-5 years) as an IT administrator or in a comparable role.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Windows environments, and network planning.
Experience in configuring firewall, switch, and VPN technologies.
Knowledge in the use and administration of practice management systems (PVS) is an advantage.
Structured, service-oriented way of working.
German language skills at C1 level in speaking and writing.
Willingness to travel (approx. 20%) for on-site support and commissioning of new locations.

Responsibilities

Administration and further development of our IT infrastructure with a focus on Microsoft Azure, as well as ensuring data security, system availability, and backup concepts.
Planning, setup, and support of networks at MVZ locations, including nationwide participation in the IT-side opening of new practices in our Berlin or Hamburg/Hannover clusters.
Management and integration of practice management systems (PVS).
1st and 2nd level support for internal users - remotely and on-site at our practice and office locations.
Coordination with external IT service providers, manufacturers, and our central IT team - to ensure smooth IT operations.
