We are looking for a driven, customer-focused IT Administrator to support our dealership operations and help ensure our teams have the technology and support they need to succeed every day. As an IT Administrator, you will serve as the first line of support for dealership technology needs while helping maintain and improve our IT infrastructure across the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on IT support experience
  • Experience troubleshooting: Workstations and hardware, Printers and phones, Network connectivity, Mobile devices, Active Directory environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Flexibility to occasionally work after hours or weekends when needed
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain insurability

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 technical support for dealership users and systems
  • Monitor and manage IT help desk tickets, projects, and support requests
  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain: Workstations and PC hardware, Printers and peripherals, Phones and mobile devices, Network connectivity and office equipment
  • Support Active Directory and Microsoft-based environments
  • Coordinate with vendors and Corporate IT on: Construction and remodel projects, Infrastructure upgrades, Data conversions, Office/furniture moves, Escalated technical support needs
  • Assist with IT equipment procurement aligned with company standards
  • Follow and execute IT policies and procedures established by Corporate IT
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service with internal clients
