About The Position

IT Administrator Position: In-House Technical Support Company: Medium-sized law firm specializing in medical malpractice insurance defense litigation Location: Tulsa, OK Role Overview: In-house computer technical support. This role can handle both technical tasks and interpersonal interactions effectively.

Requirements

  • CompTIA A+ or entry-level certification from Microsoft or Cisco required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with network systems, VPN, Microsoft 365, VMWare, SQL, and Microsoft servers is a plus.
  • HIPAA compliance experience is helpful.
  • Experience working for/with an MSP is a plus.
  • Reliable commute or relocation before starting work

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for end-user devices including: desktops, laptops, hotspots, tablets, & cellphones.
  • Manage both technical issues and client interactions in a high-stress environment.
  • Determine when to resolve issues in-house or escalate them to our managed service provider.
  • Work with network systems, VPN, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft servers.
  • Manage the firm’s website.
  • Coordinate IT billing and vendor management, track expenses, review invoices and liaise with accounting.
  • Act as a liaison between end users and external IT vendors/support.
  • Report to Legal Administrator and Managing Partner
