Ambition is welcome to apply within. About the Role: We’re seeking an experienced IT Administrator to support and scale HavocAI’s internal technology environment. This role is hands-on and highly impactful, supporting a team of deeply technical end users in a fast-paced startup setting. You’ll serve as the technical lead for end-user IT, helping deploy and manage devices, administer core business systems, resolve service requests, and build the foundations of a scalable IT function. The ideal candidate brings strong technical fundamentals, excellent customer service instincts, and the ability to proactively improve systems and processes as the company grows.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an IT Helpdesk or IT Support role
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience supporting software and/or hardware-focused engineering organizations
  • Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365
  • Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Management)
  • Experience implementing or supporting a multi-platform MDM solution

Responsibilities

  • Deployment and support of user laptops, desktops, and servers across Windows, macOS, and Linux
  • Administration of a broad set of cloud-based business applications
  • Triage and resolution of IT service requests, including hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Management of IT hardware and software inventory to support ongoing hiring and growth
  • Install, configure, and support Windows, macOS, and Linux laptops and desktops, automating deployments where possible using MDM tools
  • Administer Microsoft 365, including user management, groups, SSO, permissions, and folder structures
  • Own employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective, ensuring timely access provisioning and deprovisioning
  • Administer and support cloud-based tools such as Slack, Zoom, Cisco Meraki, Jira, and Microsoft 365
  • Monitor Slack and ticketing systems to triage and resolve priority IT issues while managing new-hire IT readiness
  • Maintain accurate tracking of IT hardware and software inventory and ensure sufficient stock for new hires
