About The Position

Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing, and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Financial Skills (Understanding of budgeting, billing, and invoice processing)
  • Ability to coordinate scheduling and travel logistics.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Experience creating power point presentations).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with AX within depth knowledge of creating PO’s and researching PO issues.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • 1 to 3 years in similar administrative position preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain up-to-date scheduling for those who are traveling or out of the office.
  • Assist as required in establishing travel arrangements and provide support for those while traveling.
  • Schedule and organize cross-functional internal meetings.
  • Coordinate co-op interviews and create, maintain, and process records/paperwork.
  • Provide support in the development of the annual IT budget.
  • Set up purchase orders and manage invoices.
  • Test and document new ERP modules and new versions.
  • Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Support all safety, food quality and sanitation initiatives and policies.
  • Follow Sugar Creek Packing Co. safety rules and procedures.
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
