We are seeking an IT / Administration Support Specialist (ACTR) to provide operational technology support for approximately 100 personnel. This role manages the full lifecycle of IT support, including hardware and software procurement, inventory tracking, provisioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and ad hoc help desk support. The position also includes responsibility for mobile device management (MDM), ensuring devices are properly configured, secured, and deployed. Familiarity with the Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) and Department of Defense (DoD) / U.S. Navy (USN) security protocols is highly desirable. Experience with Navy Flank Speed account creation, SharePoint administration, and other DoD systems is a plus. This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys problem-solving, identifying process improvements, and developing efficient or automated solutions. Strong technical aptitude and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset are essential. The specialist will directly support the Director of Operations and collaborate closely with the Operations Support team to meet IT and general administrative needs. Proficiency in the Microsoft ecosystem is required, including Active Directory, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
