About The Position

The EMV Implementation Advisor gathers client requirements and coordinates technical teams to develop solutions. The role leads and coordinates cross-functional, cross-departmental, and cross-company teams through all aspects of EMV implementation projects, from initiation to closure. The advisor provides day-to-day delivery leadership across a high volume of small- to medium-sized projects and multiple client portfolios, and may perform hands-on implementation or project execution as needed. The role also assists Implementation Managers with prioritization and workload monitoring, manages risks and escalations, and helps improve delivery processes, visibility, consistency, and analyst coaching.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and/or Microsoft Project Server.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Proven success delivering projects within budget and specified timeframes while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Proven problem-solving skills, from problem assessment to solution selection.
• Bachelor’s degree or associate degree with 2 to 4 years of experience, or 4+ years of project management experience plus experience working directly with clients.
• Must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization; candidates requiring sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Identify resources and coordinate the efforts of Fiserv team members, third-party contractors, and consultants.
• Organize and oversee work across multiple client portfolios and individual projects.
• Provide day-to-day delivery leadership for a high volume of small- to medium-sized projects, pivoting into hands-on implementation or project execution as needed.
• Assist Implementation Managers with sequencing, prioritization, and monitoring work across competing client needs, delivery commitments, and team capacity.
• Identify risks, manage internal escalations, and serve as an escalation point for Implementation Analysts to help ensure delivery commitments are met.
• Improve delivery processes, visibility, and consistency across the organization.
• Bring visibility to Implementation Analyst skill gaps, execution patterns, and coaching opportunities.
• Gather client requirements and coordinate technical teams to create solutions.
