About The Position

As an Issuing EMV Implementations Advisor at Fiserv, you will gather client requirements and coordinate technical teams to create solutions. You will lead and coordinate cross-functional, cross-departmental, and cross-company teams responsible for all aspects of EMV implementation projects, from initiation to closure. The role oversees work across multiple client portfolios and projects, provides day-to-day delivery leadership for a high volume of small to medium projects, and may involve hands-on implementation or project execution as needed. You will also assist Implementation Managers with prioritization and monitoring, manage risks and escalations, and help improve delivery processes and team performance visibility.

Applicants must possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization. The role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, the District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, Maine, or Washington.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and/or Microsoft Project Server.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Proven success delivering projects within budget and specified timeframes while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Proven problem-solving skills, from problem assessment through solution selection.
• Bachelor's degree or associate degree with 2 to 4 years of experience, or 4+ years of project management experience plus experience working directly with clients.
• Valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization; candidates requiring sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Identify resources and coordinate efforts of Fiserv team members, third-party contractors, and consultants.
• Organize and oversee work across multiple client portfolios and individual projects.
• Provide day-to-day delivery leadership for a high volume of small to medium projects, pivoting into hands-on implementation or project execution as needed.
• Assist Implementation Managers with sequencing, prioritization, and monitoring work across competing client needs, delivery commitments, and team capacity.
• Identify risks, manage internal escalations, and serve as an escalation point for Implementation Analysts to help ensure delivery commitments are met.
• Improve delivery processes, visibility, and consistency across the organization.
• Bring visibility to Implementation Analyst skill gaps, execution patterns, and coaching opportunities.
