ISR Tactical Controller
About The Position
ASRC Federal Technology Solutions LLC is seeking ISR personnel with an active Top Secret/SCI clearance to support our customer JIATF-CC for the NORTHCOM FALCS mission in El Paso, Texas. The duties include dynamically tasking, controlling, and optimizing multi-domain ISR sensors to maintain comprehensive situational awareness across complex land and maritime environments. This role involves executing cross-cueing and dynamic retasking of aerial, ground, and maritime assets based on emerging Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR) and time-sensitive targets. Additionally, the position assists with daily operations center reporting and processes, including the development of operational summaries, storyboards, and capturing images and video. The role also requires presenting findings, options, and recommendations to decision-makers through coordination and participation in cross-organizational engagements.
Requirements
- This is an onsite ISR position located in El Paso, TX.
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance required. Candidates without a minimum of a Top Secret clearance will not be considered.
- Have at least an associate’s degree from a college or university accredited by an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or additional years of work experience.
- Demonstrate 2 years of experience as a Tactical Controller
