Responsibilities

• Interface directly with customers via phone and email to provide engineered solutions, technical support, and order management.
• Engineer complete solutions for customer process control needs.
• Work with the Isolation and Actuation team to learn the technical aspects of the job as well as the principles of account management.
• Manage the complete sales cycle including pre-sales engagement and prospecting, engineering, quotation development, order processing and administration, product assembly and shipment, invoicing, and payment.
• Document information related to customer requests.
• Manage project documentation and technical submittals.
• Develop a proficient understanding of the business system, including the ability to investigate problems and suggest creative solutions.
• Participate in sales and engineering process improvement to include helping improve existing tools and develop new ones.
