About The Position

MPS's Summer Internship Program is a paid 12-week experience designed for students who are ready to take the next step in their professional journey. Throughout the summer, you'll work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real projects, and gain valuable exposure to engineering, manufacturing, and project execution within a fast-paced, innovative environment. You'll gain exposure to the design, manufacturing, and delivery of modular power solutions while working alongside experienced professionals across areas such as: Engineering Design, Product Development, Manufacturing Operations, Quality, Project Management, and Supply Chain. Apply classroom learning while exploring career paths and taking on meaningful responsibilities alongside industry leaders.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline.
Anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or later.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Eagerness to learn new technologies, processes, and engineering concepts.

Nice To Haves

Rising junior or rising senior status preferred.
Previous internship or co-op experience a plus.
Exposure to CAD, BIM, engineering analysis software, or technical design tools is preferred but not required.
