ISC Production Supervisor
About The Position
As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing end-to-end production operations within our aerospace sector. Your leadership will ensure that production processes are efficient, safe, and meet quality standards. You will report directly to our ISC Operations Manager and you’ll work out of our Rocky Mount, NC location on an onsite work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our production operations. By leading a high-performing team, you will ensure that production goals are met while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in production supervision or a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the aerospace industry.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
- Familiarity with production scheduling software.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Lead and mentor production staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Analyze production metrics and implement strategies for process improvement and waste reduction.
