Are you ready to help us make the future? As a Senior ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will lead production operations, manage schedules, resources, and ensure quality and safety. You will collaborate with teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. You will report directly to our ISC Operations Manager, and you’ll work out of our San Jose, CA, location on an On-site work schedule. As a Senior ISC Production Supervisor, you will supervise a team of Assemblers, Operators and/or RF Microwave Test Technicians and manage product output and quality. The work of this team includes tuning modules, CCAs and subsystems. You will conduct daily cell meetings to review output, goals, yield and production related issues. You will communicate results of daily cell meetings to management at daily Value Stream meetings. Help to set and communicate daily output goals for the team and remove roadblocks that are affecting output and/or quality. You will also create weekly reports that include output and yield for each product. You will use rework and yield data to analyze trends and report unfavorable trends to management.
