About The Position

Harrison County Hospital has an opening for an IS Systems Support Level 2, ON-SITE. Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8a-5p, 40 hours per week. The IS Systems Support Level 2 position is responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, and day to day operations of desktop computer systems at Harrison County Hospital.

Requirements

Associate's degree - IT related field. (Preferred)
Minimum of 2 years of relevant IT experience (Required)
High School Diploma or GED. (Required)
Demonstrates proactive and solution-oriented problem-solving skills.
Determine process improvements, best practices, and develop new processes.
Self-motived with an attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Must be able to deal with confidential data.

Responsibilities

Perform first and second level technical support to end users.
Provide technical support for a wide range of technology needs including phones, printers, workstations, and network equipment.
Create and maintain up to date deployment images.
Basic administration of a hybrid environment with Active Directory and Azure AD.
Lead projects related to desktop environment.
Maintain asset inventory for all IT assets.
Participates in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support.
Create and maintain documentation for current and new processes.
