About The Position

This position provides liaison duties associated with the ongoing support and maintenance of clinical and non-clinical computer information systems at ARMC. Serves as a liaison between ARMC departments, Information Systems, physicians and Corporate Information Systems Department.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• 3 years of hospital clinical experience.

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s Degree in Information Systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the test and production region of ARMC reporting problems to Corporate, assisting the associates of this facility with any questions or difficulties.
• Develops and executes test plans to ensure system performance and integration.
• Administers application access and security. Inactivate terminated users from system.
• Effectively works with end-users to understand their technology specific requirements and finds ways to leverage technology to meet their needs.
• Coordinates issue workaround until resolution is complete.
• Takes call on a rotation with other IS personnel.
• Performs routine system monitoring and updates documentation in a timely fashion.
• Performs other duties as assigned/required.
