Requirements

  • Strong background of HVAC systems, controls and data analytics
  • Ability to clearly communicate and develop relationships with clients and internal team members
  • Motivation to succeed while taking initiative to help solve problems
  • Organized, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to work on several diverse teams
  • Can work independently and on a team effectively
  • Strong familiarity with the operation of energy management systems, building automation systems, HVAC Systems and/or temperature controls required.
  • Experience in effectively understanding and manipulation of technical information and responding to questions from fellow team members or customers.
  • Experience collecting data, analyzing and presenting data in a clear and accurate manor.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations included, but not limited to: DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, or equivalent from four-year college or university preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for analyzing building and energy data to identify meaningful outcomes.
  • Account Engineer creates consultative documentation to provide to the customer.
  • Responsible to lead quarterly or semiannual Technical Strategy Review meetings for each Connected Service Agreement customer.
  • Utilizes energy conservation measures to help optimize building operations and drive sustainability projects.
  • Fulfill Digital Services contract obligations effectively, efficiently and within safety standards.
  • Gather and validate preliminary information and perform facility walkthrough, construction plan review or other requirements.
  • Collaborates with account managers and field technicians to assist in growing sales for Service Agreements, Service Quoted, Turnkey, and Controls sales.
  • Will plan and schedule work as needed with the Project Administrator service team
  • Travel to customer job sites is required, which may include outdoor work and/or work in mechanical/equipment rooms.
