About The Position
Leads small projects or portions of a larger projects. Provides support. Determines criticality of issues necessity to escalate and ensures resolution. Oversee assists with initial setup upgrades configuration and installation of hardware or software. Independently designs and develops complex documentation for a large product area or works on multiple products. Known as a SME for technology tools products and or processes. May develop and maintain an online knowledge base and or document library. Uses existing systems and modifies features for off the shelf system. Responsible for report writing works on assignments that are moderately complex where judgment is required. Provides guidance training for and mentors junior staff. Acts as Team Lead. Demonstrates working knowledge and utilization of Process Improvement change management. Expert knowledge of software and integration. Effective in a team establishes positive relationships with vendors peers and customers.
Requirements
- 2 years of applicable experience
- Bachelor's Degree
