About The Position

HPC-Industrial powered by Clean Harbors is seeking a Chemical Cleaning Project Manager (Industrial Services) to work at a customer location in Reserve, LA. This role involves planning, leading, organizing, and coordinating the daily operations of service line crews, ensuring proper equipment operation, driving operational efficiencies, and completing accurate job documentation. The Project Manager will maintain and improve customer relations by providing quality, timely industrial cleaning services and will serve as the representative of HPC-Industrial in creating a continuous working relationship with clients.

Requirements

Experience managing multiple crews.
Experience in planning, leading, organizing, and coordinating daily operations.
Knowledge of proper equipment operation.
Ability to drive operational efficiencies.
Skills in ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
Understanding of company policies and procedures.
Ability to maintain and improve customer relations.
Experience in providing industrial cleaning services.
Ability to represent the company and build client relationships.

Responsibilities

Planning, leading, organizing, and coordinating the daily operations of two or more service line crews.
Ensuring proper operation of equipment.
Driving operational efficiencies at the work site.
Ensuring accurate documentation related to the job is completed in a timely fashion.
Ensuring compliance with all Company policies/procedures.
Maintaining/improving good customer relations by providing quality, timely industrial cleaning services.
Serving as representative of HPC-Industrial in creating a continuous working relationship with clients/customers.
