Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with 2 years of IT experience, or an Associate's degree with 6 years of experience.
  • Relevant IT certifications such as ITIL or CompTIA A+.
  • Thorough experience troubleshooting Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile devices, and conference room equipment.
  • Proven ability to document technical data in ITSM tools and manage asset lifecycles.
  • Foundational knowledge of networks, cybersecurity, and endpoint management platforms.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace for enterprise collaboration and project management.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead onsite technical support and hardware deployment for diverse operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
  • Deliver world-class customer service by proactively managing ticket lifecycles and communicating progress with urgency.
  • Collaborate across global IS departments to optimize office efficiency and ensure technical needs are seamlessly met.
  • Drive operational effectiveness by implementing process improvements, automation, and asset lifecycle management.
  • Act as a technical lead and mentor, providing informal guidance to team members on projects and initiatives.
