About The Position

USNR is seeking a Business Analyst to solve business problems and partner with stakeholders to improve processes, systems, and business outcomes. The position focuses on understanding business needs, analyzing and refining processes, and helping deliver practical solutions that support organizational goals. The ideal candidate is curious, adaptable, comfortable managing multiple initiatives, and able to learn new business processes quickly while balancing thorough analysis with a pragmatic, action-oriented approach. The role works closely with business and technical teams to move projects forward and guide solutions from concept through implementation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, systems administration, or a similar role.
• Strong ability to understand, analyze, and improve business processes and workflows.
• Ability to gather requirements, ask effective questions, and translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Experience supporting system enhancements, including requirements definition, solution validation, testing, and user adoption.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance attention to detail and timely decision-making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Comfort managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and curious, with the ability to work independently and recognize when to seek input or clarification.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ERP/CRM systems, such as Dynamics 365.
• Experience developing and executing test plans, user acceptance testing, or solution validation activities.
• Understanding of manufacturing, operations, or related business processes.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and data structures.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
• Ask questions to understand the goals, challenges, and underlying business drivers behind requests.
• Analyze business processes and workflows and recommend practical solutions to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
• Translate business requirements into process changes, system enhancements, and functional specifications.
• Evaluate system capabilities and identify opportunities to better support business objectives.
• Configure and support system solutions aligned with business requirements and operational needs.
• Develop and execute test scenarios to validate new processes, system changes, and enhancements.
• Identify, document, and help resolve issues, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and perform as expected.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and support solution deployment and user adoption.
• Document requirements, processes, solutions, and key decisions.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to drive initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving business needs in a fast-paced environment.
