MasterScapes is seeking a motivated and values-driven Irrigation Technician who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems with their hands, and contributing to a team environment. The ideal candidate is a hardworking learner who thrives outdoors and takes pride in their work. While a year of irrigation experience is a plus, self-motivation, humility, and eagerness to grow under strong leadership are highly valued. This role offers the opportunity for mentorship towards becoming a Certified Irrigation Technician and eventually a Licensed Irrigator. Requirements

Motivated, dependable person who takes initiative and likes figuring things out
Comfortable using tools like shovels, screwdrivers, pliers, channel locks, and saws
Ability to perform basic electrical diagnostics
Ability to operate a vehicle safely
Eagerness to learn and grow
Comfortable driving progress through hard work and being efficient
Enjoys time with family, connecting with people, and being part of your community

Responsibilities

Assist with irrigation system installation, repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance
Use hand tools and light equipment to complete daily tasks safely and efficiently
Work closely with a leader who will train, support, and grow your irrigation knowledge
Represent MasterScapes professionally while serving residential and commercial clients
Participate in a culture that values honesty, teamwork, and continuous improvement
