Requirements

High school diploma or GED; relevant certifications preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in irrigation system installation and maintenance.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration and customer service.
In-depth knowledge of irrigation system components and installation processes.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
Ability to work in various weather conditions and handle physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities

Lead the installation of new irrigation systems, ensuring adherence to company standards, design specifications, and local codes.
Oversee the revamping of existing irrigation systems, coordinating retrofitting with upgraded components.
Ensure that all installations and modifications meet quality standards and system requirements.
Mentor junior revamp/install technician in the fundamentals of irrigation system components, including points of connection, pipes, valves, controllers, sprinkler heads, drip lines, and micro irrigation.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues that arise during installations.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Follow local, state, and federal regulations related to irrigation system installation and maintenance.
Ensure proper maintenance and storage of tools and equipment to guarantee safety and compliance.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, representing Sunrise Irrigation professionally.
Communicate effectively with customers about irrigation system operations, maintenance, and project progress.
Enter job information into ServiceTitan and maintain accurate records of installation work, service reports, and inventory usage.
Provide detailed reports to supervisors on completed tasks and any issues encountered.
Utilize company technology and software for efficient documentation and communication.
Coordinate with team members and senior technicians to ensure successful project completion and customer satisfaction.
Communicate job-specific information to technicians and maintain clear lines of communication with the operations manager and office regarding daily schedules and routes.
