About The Position

GMF Steel Group's Ironworker Apprenticeship Program is designed for recent high school graduates looking to start a career in the Construction Industry. This program offers paid on-the-job training, free weekly classes, and a 40-hour work week in the field. The classes are registered, NCCER accredited, and industry-recognized nationwide. Participants will get paid while they learn and there is no tuition fee.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work in high places and have a good sense of balance.
  • Must be able to lift and carry 50+ lbs. of equipment.
  • Be willing to travel as required by the employer.
  • Must be 18 years old.
  • Recently graduated High School.
