About The Position

This position will provide culinary support for the In-Room Dining and Lobby Bar departments. The Cook 3 is an entry-level culinary position that will primarily work with cold items and overall preparation organization. Flexibility to be cross-trained in other outlets and work within the hot station is also required. The candidate must be able to maintain a clean and organized workstation. Attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work and thrive within a large team are essential. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, show flexibility, and be available for extensive work hours, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

At least 1 year of culinary experience
Fluent in English
Possess legal work authorization in the United States

Responsibilities

Provide culinary support in for our In-Room Dining and Lobby Bar departments.
Primarily work with cold items and overall preparation organization.
Be cross-trained in other outlets and work within the hot station (i.e. meat temperatures, cooking steaks, chicken, in depth prep of warm items, etc.).
Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Work and thrive within a large team.
Work in a fast-paced environment.
Show flexibility and be available when extensive work hours are required.
Cover overnight shifts as needed.
