Responsibilities

• Knowledge of cooking skills is a necessary part of the job and communication with the team is essential.
• When requested you will help the cooks and chefs to ensure that the kitchen area is clean, tidy and re stocked when necessary.
• Maintains kitchen work areas and restaurant equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties according to hotel standards of procedure all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
• Our Cook 4 Prep Cooks are relied upon to report and work with several other positions to correct imperfections and blemishes.
• Our Cook 4/ Prep Cooks must communicate with other departments and extended hotel team in order to ensure the alignment remains.
