About The Position

The IRA Operations Associate supports the IRA Operations team during year-end and tax-season volume. The role focuses on reviewing and processing IRA-related transactions, validating documentation, and coordinating with advisors regarding account requirements. The position is fully onsite in St. Cloud, Minnesota, and is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. It is a contract role.

Requirements

• At least one year of any type of customer service experience, or a completed associate's or bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Process daily departmental work, which may include asset movement, account transfers, or new account setup and maintenance.
• Process routine and complex transactions accurately, promptly, and efficiently.
• Review outgoing and internal transaction requests and verify that appropriate tax-withholding elections and documentation are in place.
• Respond to advisor inquiries, primarily by email.
• Track outstanding requests and maintain accuracy in NetX and related systems.
• Identify, interpret, and resolve potential problems proactively.
• Follow established procedures independently to meet service-level agreements and quality metrics.
• Learn, use, and support various financial products, software, and systems.
• Comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
