About The Position

The Inventory Auditor is responsible for accurately counting, verifying, and recording inventory to support warehouse inventory accuracy during the holiday season. The position is with Harry & David in Medford, Oregon, from November 2 through December 24, 2026. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, on the first (AM) shift. Beginning November 27, employees may be required to work up to seven days per week, including weekends and overtime, based on operational needs. Weekend and overtime shifts may be mandatory, and attendance policies apply to all scheduled shifts. The role involves working in ambient, cold, and freezer environments as needed and requires standing and walking on concrete throughout the shift, repetitive bending and twisting, use of hands, wrists, and arms, and lifting up to 50 pounds continuously throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Basic counting, math, reading, and writing skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds continuously throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand and walk on a concrete surface throughout the entire shift.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, twisting, and use of hands, wrists, and arms.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and flexible with scheduling during peak season.
• Honest and respectful communication.
• Compliance with company attendance standards.

Nice To Haves

• RF scanner experience is preferred but not required.
