About The Position

The Inventory Auditor is responsible for accurately counting, verifying, and recording inventory to support warehouse inventory accuracy during the holiday season. The position is with Harry & David in Medford, Oregon, and runs from November 2 through December 24, 2026. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Beginning November 27, employees may be required to work up to seven days per week, including weekends and overtime, based on operational needs. Weekend and overtime shifts may be mandatory, and attendance policies apply to all scheduled shifts.

The job involves working in ambient, cold, and freezer environments as needed. It requires standing or walking on concrete throughout the shift, repetitive bending and twisting, repeated use of the hands, wrists, and arms, and lifting up to 50 pounds continuously throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Basic counting, math, reading, and writing skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds continuously throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand or walk throughout the shift, including on a concrete surface.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks involving bending, twisting, and use of the hands, wrists, and arms.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and flexibility with scheduling during peak season.
• Compliance with company attendance standards.
