About The Position

This position requires the performance of various labor and operator duties throughout the facility. Responsibilities may include roles such as spice attendant, janitor, stacker, metal detector operator, or any available machine operator position during day or night shifts. These roles may be assigned to any department within the facility, including the Raw Process or the Ready-to-Eat Process. This position must be capable of performing all jobs in the First Processing area. Keep evisceration floors clean, give breaks, sanitize knives and gloves, keep tables and racks clear of birds and any other duties assigned. Fill in as needed per supervisor. Additional responsibility is filling any daily staffing needs in the First Processing area. Utility will report to production management at the beginning of each shift and await job assignment.

Requirements

Must be able to understand labels, read recipes, follow instructions, and communicate effectively.
Minimum of (3) months operator experience within the last 12 months. Experience may be from a combination of employers if it totals at least 3 months.
Must perform other duties as tasked by administration.
Must be safe and observe all of Tyson's policies and procedures.
Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
