About The Position
This position is responsible for loading pallets onto trucks using a forklift. The role requires monitoring the manifest to ensure the correct product is loaded onto the proper truck by matching product numbers and dates on the manifest to the numbers and dates on the pallet card. Other duties may be assigned by a supervisor.
Requirements
- 3 months' work history documented within the application and/or uploaded resume.
- Ability to understand labels.
- Ability to read recipes.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Must be safe.
- Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Loading pallets onto trucks.
- Using a forklift to load trucks with pallets of finished product.
- Monitoring the manifest to ensure the proper product goes onto the proper truck by matching the product numbers and dates on the manifest to the numbers and dates on the pallet card.
- Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Observing all of Tyson's policies and procedures.
- Performing other duties as tasked by administration.
