About The Position

This position involves researching current community resources to match the needs of IPC case management clients. The role includes outreach to these resources to understand eligibility and access processes. The Graduate Assistant will also provide support to current IPC case management interns and the IPC Social Work Director in connecting clients with resources and navigating services, including those on the case management waitlist.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in good standing in MSW program.
• Experience providing systems navigation and resource development and referral to clients experiencing barriers to care.
• St. Thomas students must be degree seeking at the undergraduate, graduate and doctoral levels.
• Students must be actively enrolled at least part-time in courses for credit.

Responsibilities

• Research current community resources to match needs to case management clients of the IPC.
