About The Position
This position involves representation of biopharma manufacturers, research institutions and universities in patent, inventorship, trade secrets, licensing and other contract disputes before U.S. courts, in arbitral proceedings, in the International Trade Commission, and in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. The firm is a mid-size GP firm with Cravath level compensation and ranks highly in Associate satisfaction. It has a well-respected IP practice.
Requirements
- Experience in complex commercial litigation
- Experience in litigation involving patent rights
- Experience in the life sciences space is preferred
- A science degree is desirable but not required
