The California Capital Finance team seeks an Invoicing Analyst to process invoices utilizing 3-way match verification and approve payments for construction, permitting, and engineering activities. This role requires understanding of field construction terminology and basic financial concepts. You'll become proficient with our rate card and its application for cost-plus quoting, using strong communication and reporting skills to keep all levels of the business informed. As an independent contributor, you'll validate invoices against work performed, analyze business performance, manage workloads, and provide financial data. Regular reports will be generated for senior management, regional management, and construction leadership to support business objectives.
