Requirements
- Bac +2 level of studies
- Medium English proficiency
Responsibilities
- Extract invoice validation status from SAP and COUPA systems
- Analyze the overdue invoices and treat them as priority
- Check all information on the invoices based on agreed rate-book
- Validate the invoices
- Complete report of what is validated
- Contact Carriers in case of issues on the invoices or in the system
- Collaboration with Payable account
- Follow escalation process
- Contact the purchasing team in case of missing data in the contract or rate book
