About The Position
If you are detail-oriented, responsible, and good with numbers, consider becoming U-Haul’s newest Invoice Processing Clerk. In this data entry position, you will be responsible for entering invoice information in the Accounts Payable System. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with computer programs, specifically Excel
- 10 key experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter invoice information in accordance with processing procedures
- Research all documents and previous payments to accurately compensate the payee
- Ensure accurate coding of invoices to the proper general ledger account
- Contact U-Haul entities to verify information received or correct other issues
