About The Position

This open competitive advertisement is for a Career Service position located at the Region II Pharmacy in Raiford, Florida. This position requires a detail-oriented applicant who is interested in becoming knowledgeable of the new Pharmacy Services Contract and the deliverables associated with the contract. This position is not a telework position and is required to report to the FDC office in the area it serves.

Requirements

• Must have a high school diploma or it’s equivalent.
• Must be willing to work weekdays, weekends and holidays as needed to fulfill chemotherapy, inpatient, and emergency prescriptions.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in inpatient oncology, hematology and dialysis prescriptions.
• Currently licensed as a pharmacy technician by the Florida Board of Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an Invoice Analyst and Auditor; review invoices and deliverables for accuracy and contract compliance; assist in auditing contractor invoices as needed.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the pharmacy services contract and deliverables; advise Contract Manager on invoicing and service delivery issues.
• Process invoices for vouchering after approval; maintain timely communication with contractors; provide technical assistance to resolve invoice issues.
• Prepare reports for leadership and external parties; assist management and other directors in resolving pharmacy service issues; handle special projects and team assignments.
• Keep invoice files updated and inspection-ready; assist with public records requests; foster a positive work environment with management and stakeholders.
