As an Investor Reporting / Investor Accounting Analyst, you'll play an important role in helping ensure clients receive accurate financial reporting and remittances. You'll analyze data, investigate discrepancies, solve problems, and work with a collaborative team to keep reporting accurate and on schedule. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field
- GPA of 3.5 or higher
- 2-3 years of professional work experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, formulas, etc.)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Curiosity and a desire to build a long-term career in financial operations

Responsibilities
- Learn the complete investor reporting lifecycle through hands-on training
- Support daily investor reporting and accounting activities
- Assist with our "7 R's" process: Reporting, Remitting, Reconciliation, Research, Root Cause Identification, Resolution, Remediation
- Analyze loan- and pool-level data to identify trends and reporting exceptions
- Research and resolve cash and reporting discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes
- Help prepare reports and track key performance metrics
- Participate in client meetings and communicate project updates professionally
- Collaborate with teammates on process improvements and operational initiatives
- Learn investor guidelines, reporting requirements, and industry best practices
- Support special projects and additional responsibilities as your experience grows
