About The Position

The Investor Reporting Analyst III aggregates loan activity from various sources into summary remittance reports, reconciles custodial bank accounts to loan activity, and remits funds due to investors. The role researches and resolves questions, uses Excel, SQL, and Black Knight/LPS systems, and ensures deal points are analyzed and communicated to the appropriate parties. The analyst also owns ancillary reporting and/or processes and trains and mentors other Investor Reporting Analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Analytical skills for effective data interpretation and decision-making.

Nice To Haves

• 3–5 years of experience in Investor Reporting or accounting-related functions.
• Working knowledge of Investor Reporting concepts and/or requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High data literacy, including abilities in SQL, VBA, Python, or equivalent technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Aggregate loan activity from various sources into summary remittance reports.
• Reconcile custodial bank accounts to loan activities accurately and on time.
• Remit funds due to investors accurately and on time.
• Research and resolve questions in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner.
• Understand and use Excel, SQL, and Black Knight/LPS systems.
• Ensure all deal points are completely analyzed and communicated to the appropriate parties.
• Own ancillary reporting and/or processes.
• Train and mentor other Investor Reporting Analysts.
