We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Investor Relations Specialist.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in investor relations, client services, or fundraising within alternatives – Direct Real Estate experience is essential
  • Strong understanding of Alternative Strategies and the investor servicing lifecycle (reporting, liquidity/cashflows, fund dynamics)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
  • A self-starter who’s able to work independently is essential, with confidence engaging senior internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for existing investors across the region, with a primary focus on Direct Real Estate strategies
  • Respond to investor inquiries with speed, accuracy, and professionalism, coordinating across internal teams to deliver clear outcomes
  • Support client meetings, portfolio reviews and due diligence requests, including preparation of materials and follow-ups
  • Monitor fund performance metrics and key portfolio developments; help to prepare regular or ad-hoc client reports
  • Maintain a strong audit trail and documentation standards for client deliverables and communications
  • Work closely with internal teams, such as investment, operations, performance reporting teams, Product, Legal and AIFM, to ensure data integrity and consistent messaging
  • Act as a coordination layer across stakeholders to reduce information silos and improve responsiveness
  • Operate effectively as a self-directed lead in Singapore (“lone wolf”) while building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across time zones
